The mission of the Service & Caring Solutions Business Unit, which includes the Advalso S.p.A. company, is to guarantee delivery of complete solutions and excellent services through direct channels and, indirectly, through selected Partners.The processes handled by the BU include professional CRM services, specialist technical support, start-up and training, production and publication of technical documentation, management of order acquisition and warranty procedures at European level, logistics management of spares and the nationwide network of repair centres, coordination and supervision of Partners and TPMs, operations planning and monitoring. The business areas covered by the BU are Banking & Postal, Retail, Ticketing, Gaming, Office and IT.
The Service & Caring Solutions BU comprises four main functions providing outstanding expertise and professionalism over the entire customer support cycle, at both Italian and international level: Warranty Management & Services Processes Control, Technical Service & Support, Field Services, Caring Competence Operations (Advalso).

Advalso is the Olivetti Group company that develops and provides specialist customer care solutions and services.Its operating centres in Ivrea, Carsoli and Rome manage advanced Customer Care processes on the basis of an end-to-end model comprising operating project analysis and production, implementation of technological infrastructures, and continuous service monitoring, to guarantee the agreed service levels.The Advalso offer covers the entire customer support process, with qualified Front-End and Technical Support, specialised Back Office activities and document management services, through to development of business support solutions.
